We currently have over 75 Corolla homes that will allow special events. The specifics for each home are listed in the “Extras” on the property page of the website. All special events will require a signed Special Event Addendum and a minimum $1500 refundable security deposit. Additionally, there are different maximum occupancies and special event fees. They range from 25 to 75 people maximums and from $1000 to $2500 for the special event fee.
