Charming Duck is two miles south, where you can stroll the water-front Duck Town Park Boardwalk past restaurants, shops, and fishing spots, or just make yourself comfortable for a gorgeous sunset over the sound.
There’s lots of fun to be had right at home as well, with a basketball hoop in the driveway for a game of pickup, a hot tub on the deck, a saltwater pool for the kids, and an outdoor bathroom with a full shower for rinsing off the day’s beach sand. More outdoor space includes several wraparound decks offering gorgeous ocean views, including a ships watch rooftop deck, the perfect spot for a stunning sunset.
Inside, both the bottom floor and top floor feature full kitchens and large dining tables, making it easy to cook for a crowd and enjoy meals together. New LVP plank flooring installed spring of 24.
