Ground Level: Features a game room w/pool table, a pleasant conversation area w/large screen tv, vcr, and a kitchenette w/full size refrigerator. A bedroom w/2 Bunk sets is ideal for the kids as well as the full bath. The laundry is also on this level.

Mid Level: Offers a spacious King mbr. There is an airy open kitchen and breakfast area overlooking the sound. The tropical living roomw/gas fireplace and a separate dining area provide plenty of space for all. An office and powder room are also on this level.

Top Level: There are 2 spacious and relaxing Queen mbrs, and a mbr w/2 Queens that are comfortably appointed on this level with a loft sitting area that overlooks the living room and fireplace.
