This relaxing soundfront home provides a regal setting in which to reflect on the experiences of the day as you watch the sunset over the sparkling sound. The spectrum of colors changes and grows as you enjoy a poolside cookout catching up with family and friends. Then evening falls and the stars cloak your Sandcastle.

Ground Level: Features a game room with pool table, a pleasant conversation area with large screen tv, vcr, and a kitchenette with full-size refrigerator. A bedroom with 2 Bunk sets is ideal for the kids as well as the full bath. The laundry is also on this level.

Mid Level: Offers a spacious King mbr. There is an airy open kitchen and breakfast area overlooking the sound. The tropical living room with gas fireplace and a separate dining area provide plenty of space for all. An office and powder room are also on this level.

Top Level: There are 2 spacious and relaxing Queen mbrs, and a mbr with 2 Queens that are all comfortably appointed. There is also a loft sitting area that overlooks the living room and fireplace.
